  Yes, we design our inserts so that all components are secured and the contents cannot fly through the box.

  Yes, we use a biodegradable material based on cornstarch for our upgrades. We send prototypes and misproductions for recycling to a specialized company.

Cover Tiles for Rebirth 2-Player Mode

NOTE: For the international retail version only (the one with 12 castles)!

In the 2-player mode of Rebirth, certain areas of the game board must be covered with tiles of a third color. This means that each individual space must be covered with a separate chip. This is a time-consuming setup, where the spaces are only marked rather than truly covered. This makes it difficult to get a clear overview during the game.

Our cover tiles solve precisely this problem.

Instead of many individual chips, each tile completely covers several contiguous spaces at once. This makes setup significantly faster and makes it immediately clear which areas of the game board are not being used.

For maximum practicality, the tiles are color-coordinated with both sides of the game board:

Blue tiles for the Scotland side
Green tiles for the Ireland side
Two green-blue tiles that can be used on both sides

This means fewer tiles are needed overall, saving space when storing them. At the same time, the covers are deliberately designed to be extra thin to reduce material and weight without compromising stability.
