Together with soft edges and the appropriate color selection, they provide more atmosphere, haptics, and immersion on the game board. Compared to cardboard tokens, they are of higher quality and more durable.

However, since we work on multiple 3D printers simultaneously, an insert can often be completed within approximately 4-8 hours. However, we produce tokens in larger quantities to minimize setup times and shorten delivery times, meaning that 3D tokens also take several hours to produce.

Once we have handed over the package to the shipping service provider (DHL), shipping usually takes 1-3 working days within Germany. Within Europe, the delivery time can be 2-8 working days, but averages 3-5 working days. Outside these regions, shipping takes 5-21 days.

Yes, sustainability is very important to us. We partially use recycled filament and work with an external company to professionally recycle misprints. We also rely on environmentally friendly packaging material: Our void fill and adhesive tape are made of paper, which helps us avoid plastic waste.

Yes, our inserts are updated when a new expansion for a game is released and we have a copy of it. And it's important that your upgrades don't end up in the trash. Therefore, we offer suitable upgrade packs for our products as soon as an expansion is released. We make sure to retain as much as possible of the original insert. Only what is absolutely necessary is added or replaced so that your insert continues to fit perfectly!

Yes, we provide instructions for our inserts. For inserts that already have instructions, you will receive a QR code that leads you directly to the instructions on our website. We usually offer both photo-based and video instructions so that you can easily assemble and use your insert.

We have decided to provide the instructions digitally to conserve paper resources. This way, you can easily access the instructions at any time via the QR code. Plus, there's no piece of paper you could lose, and it doesn't clutter the packaging. A practical and environmentally friendly solution!
