What is the purpose of signing in with Google? It allows users to sign in to this customer account with their existing Google account — as an alternative to a one-time confirmation code via email. No additional password needs to be created or remembered. Use is voluntary; signing in via email code remains possible at any time.

What data does Prinsert request and why?

Prinsert exclusively requests the email address and basic profile information of the Google account. This data serves a single purpose: to identify or create the customer account and to authenticate the sign-in.

No other data is retrieved from the Google account. In particular, Prinsert gains no access to emails, contacts, calendars, photos, or files. The transmitted data is not passed on to third parties and is not used for advertising.

Revoking the link

The link between the Google account and the Prinsert customer account can be revoked at any time — in the Google account under Security → Your connections to third-party apps and services.
